Maira® is the healthcare infrastructure on which Kairos, Atlas, Agora and Cloud run. One foundation for clinical records, capacity management, workforce planning and hosting, built by Mapas Concepts B.V. in the Netherlands and operated entirely within the European Union.
The platform vision
Most health-tech stacks are built as loose puzzle pieces stitched together after the fact. Maira® was built the other way round: one platform layer on which all product modules live, with the same compliance architecture, the same audit trail and the same data models from the ground up. That makes scalability, regulation and interoperability possible without having to retrofit them.

Maira® is designed under NEN 7510 and ISO 27001 for information security and under GDPR for personal data processing.

Care chain partners, referrers, laboratories and collaborative networks can connect via the Maira® API and FHIR R4 resources. Technical partnerships are welcome.
